2022 Season
I decided to officially retire from racing. I can’t thank my Mom, Dad, Ford Brothers Racing, my Sponsors and everyone that played a part in my racing career. I take away so many memories and couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. I don’t think you can ever take the racer out of someone so maybe I will be out there again one day…
2021 Season
Taking some time off to recoup from my injuries from 2019.
2020 Season
Some of the season was cancelled due to covid… I took the season off to recoup from my injuries from 2019.
2019 Season
ATVMX – RD 9 – Loretta Lynns Ranch – Hurricane Mills, TN – Injured
ATVMX – RD 8 – RedBud MX – Buchanan, MI – Injured
ATVMX – RD 7- Unadilla MX – New Berlin, NY – Injured
ATVMX – RD 6 – Sunset Ridge – Walnut, IL – Injured
ATVMX – RD 5 – Muddy Creek Raceway – Blountville, TN – Injured
ATVMX – RD 4 – South of the Border – Hamer, SC – Well… I was feeling good this weekend. Friday practice, I mounted my machine – learning the ins and out of the track… I knew the big triple was a huge separator… and… well…I knew I could make it. I ended up accidently stalling the machine mid air and landed on a dead bike. It was a super intense crash. I ended up being transported to a local hospital and later that night to a trauma hospital about 45 mins further away. I ended up in ICU and got stuck in SC for a week. Came home – had surgery and then back in ICU again about 2 weeks later for another week. I am recovering and getting better every day. Happy Mother’s Day Mom! 🙂
ATVMX – RD 3 – Ironman Raceway – Crawfordsville, IN – It was one of the coldest and muddiest weekends. The first moto on Saturday, I heard my motor making a weird noise. I think we had it taped up too much to protect it from the mud. Sundays races I had a not so great start. I was in the back of the pack and I worked my way up to first and led the race with a comfortable lead with both races.
ATVMX – RD 2 – Underground MX – Kemp, TX – I ended up coming down with some nasty food poisoning of some sort. An ambulance had to be called in the middle of the night because of severe stomach pain. Got right back on my machine Friday after being in the ER all night until the next morning, and had a pretty good day of practice. Saturday races started. It was rain delay after rain delay due to lightning. They sent my race in between the rain delays and my bike died 2 laps in because of the intense mud. I was so disappointed as Underground is one of my favorite tracks.

2017 Season
ATVMX – RD 10 – Loretta Lynn’s Ranch – Hurricane Mills, TN
It felt so good being able to present my #1 plate on my bike. I had the championship locked already. I had a great day of practice on Friday but during Saturday’s practice, I crashed super hard on the 10 Commandments and ended up with some injuries that required me to go to the local hospital. Due to my injuries, I could not race the last race of the season. The race weekend was not all bad as my Mom and Dad and my Team, The Ford Brothers Racing Team gave me a #1 Jersey and I got to spray champagne over everyone. Even though I was upset about not being able to race, I had such a great time with my friends and family. I truly could not have done it without every one of them. Thank you to my Mom and Dad and to the whole Ford Brothers Team! I love you guys!
ATVMX – RD 9 – RedBud – Buchanan, MI
RedBud is always a fun track. It always turns out to be a great weekend as it is my Mom’s birthday weekend every year. I was able to win all 4 motos in both Production C and 450C. It was an awesome feeling to know I locked up both championships this weekend and had a blast. I feel like my hard work has really paid off this season. I can’t thank my family and my team for making this racing season amazing! Thanks Ford Brother’s Racing Team for allowing to be part of such a great team!
ATVMX – RD 8 – Unadilla – New Berlin, NY
Unadilla is one of my favorite tracks! Unfortunately it was a really rough race weekend. Saturday was 2 races, 2 holeshots, 2 crashes, a bruised hip and a mild concussion. My parents asked me to sit out the rest of the weekend since it wasn’t really smart for me to race. Some of my team members had some really bad crashes this weekend too. Prayers for Brandon.
ATVMX – RD 7 – Spring Creek MX – Millville, MN
Spring Creek is a hard one to talk about. It was a great race weekend for me. I just graduated high school this week and I was ready to race! I won all 4 motos and had all 4 holeshots. Everyone raced with a heavy heart as we lost one of the kid racers this weekend. Kyler Lenz. Ride High in Heaven Kyler… you have touched many hearts. We will never forget you.
ATVMX-RD 6 – Sunset Ridge – Walnut, IL
It was a great Father’s Day weekend at Sunset Ridge. I won all 4 races and got all 4 holeshots. I always enjoy taking part in the Cancer walk at Sunset Ridge as well. I was happy that my team member and friend, Bryce was able to race (and win) his first race since his injury in the winter.
ATVMX -RD 6 Muddy Creek Raceway – Blountsville, TN
ATVMX – RD 5 Ironman Raceway – Crawfordsville, IN
ATVMX – RD 4 High Point MX – Mount Morris, PA – Event Cancelled
ATVMX – RD 3 Monster Mountain – Tallasee, AL
ATVMX -RD 2 Underground MX – Kemp, TX -March 31-April 2
TQRA – RD 2 Underground MX -Kemp, TX – March 18 – March 19
Ryan Korody took me to the line this time. I got first place in moto 1 and moto 2 and also won the holeshot award for getting both holeshots. I finished strong and had a pretty big lead again. I can’t thank Ford Brothers Racing for all they do for me.
TQRA – RD 1 Oakhill MX – Alford, TX -February 18 – February 19
My first race of the season. I was a little nervous because this is my first race without my Mom and Dad taking me to the line. My mentor, Pro Nick Gennusa took me to the line for moto 1. I got the holeshot and won first place by a 30 second lead. Jon Ford took me up to the line for moto 2 and I got the holeshot and won first place again by a 30 second lead. I am feeling good about this year!
I am excited to announce that I will be training with Pro Nick Gennusa all winter and competing at all the National races. I can’t wait to see what this season will bring with all my hard work and expert training. #gennUSA #gage109 #nickgennusa
I have a new look this year! I am sporting the red, white and blue and the GennUSA name.
2016 Season
My quad for 2016 – I am excited!
The Scaletti Rig is ready to go!
RD 1 Underground MX Park, Kemp, TX – April 9 – April 10
My first National that counts! I am excited but a bit nervous. I have only ever raced 2 Nationals in the past and they were when I was on the smaller bikes. The track is nice but looks very rough. My first moto for Open C, I got 2nd in holeshot. In Moto 2 Open C- On 2 wheels at gate drop. I got my first National holeshot. That was an intense race! I finished 5th overall. In Production C I placed 7th overall. I did really good in the holeshots in those races too. What a great weekend! This is the first year on the big bike so I am very happy that I did so well. I went from a 150cc to a 450cc and have had some issues with the 450 beating me up. One thing is for sure, my competitors are very strong racers but I can hold my own and I am ready to do this! I am used to some rough tracks at the local races but I was not prepared for just how rough this track would be. I have realized that I need to get stronger and will be joining the gym to make that happen.
My first National holeshot
I am closest to the camera. Battling it out with Rian Smittle.
RD 2 Muddy Creek Raceway, Blountville, TN – April 23 – April 24, 2016
What a nice track! It has rained most of the weekend here at Muddy Creek. The track is so muddy and very slippery. I got 2nd in the holeshot in Open C the first moto and finished 5th overall. I had heat on me the entire time but was able to hold them off except one. In Production C I finished 14th overall. Production C is a very fast class. I have work to do!
Tons of heat on me
RD 3 Ironman Raceway, Crawfordsville, IN – May 7 – May 8, 2016
I ended up getting the Flu a few days before the race. I was so sick and couldn’t even get out of bed. My parents made the decision to travel to the race in case I felt better by Saturday’s race even though we were not sure I would be feeling up to it. I went out for practice and 2 laps in, I just couldn’t do it. It was hard to breathe and even move. I was wiped! I had to make the difficult decision to sit this one out. I was so disappointed.
RD 4 High Point Raceway, Mount Morris, PA – May 21 – May 22, 2016
I thought Muddy Creek was a muddy weekend, High Point was 10 millions times worse! It was a muddiest for sure. Open C Moto 1, I ended up having bike issues. It just stopped after I left the gate. At first I thought I was just stuck in the mud but I got it started again and barely finished the race. My bike was stuck in 2nd gear the whole race. I was dead last but worked my way up to 10th place. My dad was able to fix my bike and get me back out there for Moto 2. It ended up that I blew my transmission. I got 5th in Moto 2 with a 6th overall finish. Production C Moto 1 was a super awesome race! I was first in the holeshot and had a finish of first place! I started having bike issues again so Moto 2 wasn’t as great but I finished up with a 11th overall for Production C. Transmission is still acting funny so we have to dig deeper into that problem once we get home.
Getting low in the holeshot to try and pass Rian Smittle.
RD 5 Monster Mountain MX Park, Tallassee, AL – June 4 – June 5, 2016
Finally feeling better from the Flu and I am ready to go out there and race! It is a little hot in Tennessee! Temperatures reached 105 this weekend! It is HOT but what an amazing track! I had some good races here. In Open C I got the holeshot and finished 3rd overall. In Production C, I finished 6th overall. Unfortunately a bad storm was moving in and the track cancelled the 2nd motos.
RD 6 Sunset Ridge MX, Walnut , IL – June 18 – June 19, 2016
A Race for a Cure! I am super proud to be part of this race. I have lost several family members to Breast Cancer and it is a cause I hold close to my heart. My bike is pinked out to race this weekend and I can’t wait! Open C I finished 4th overall and Production C I got the holeshot in Moto 1 but I got tangled up with a lapped rider which made me have a visit to the EMS shed for a little bit. I had to do the LCQ since I didn’t finish Moto 1 and I got first place. Moto 2 I got 7th place for a overall of 10th place.
The Race for a Cure walk on the track
RD 7 Spring Creek MX Park, Millville, MN – July 2 – July 3, 2016
This track is pretty rough. Open C Moto 1 race I was in 2nd place and when I was going over some rollers, I got bounced so hard that I was nearly hanging off the bike and I whisky throttled into a new jump… a creek. Moto 2 went a lot better as I got 3rd. I finished 3rd overall. In Production C I made a mistake at the gate and was penalized to last place. Moto 2 I had a much better race and finished 5th for an overall 10th.
RD 8 Unadilla MX, New Berlin, NY – July 16 – July 17, 2016
The infamous Unadilla! I was so pumped to do the Skyshot! I love this track! I felt like I was flying on that jump! I finished 8th overall for Open C. I had some bike issues in Production C as my wiring cord broke and I lost all power to my bike. At least it happened before the Skyshot… I had an overall of 17th for Production C. I can’t wait to come back next year.
RD 9 RedBud MX, Buchanan, MI – July 30 – July 31, 2016
I had met the owners son in Florida while training at Christmas so I was super pumped to go to the famous RedBud. I was on fire this weekend as I got all 4 of my holeshots! I had an overall 3rd in Open C and 6th in Production C. I need to keep working on my cornering and getting stronger.
Holeshot gap between me and the other racers
RD 10 Loretta Lynn Ranch, Hurricane Mills, TN – August 13 – August 14, 2016
I am so happy to be at Loretta Lynn’s. It’s like the Olympics of MX. In Open C, I got both my holeshots but in Moto 2, I got tangled with with a lapped rider. I finished 12th overall. In Production C, I got one of the two holeshots and finished 10th overall. The track was super rough.
